Not true to size, fit is tight!

This top fits super small! I really don’t understand how it fits so tight when you have sizes in xxs and xs. I bought a size small, I fit into every small size for regular clothes and gym wear. In fact I thought I was sizing up since it said US size 4-6 for a small and technically I’m size 2-4. Really disappointed in the fit as it just fits.
