Tiny, not true to size

Ordered a medium as I'm a 34 inch back size 12 and this was the size recommended to me. It was tiny, didn't even cover my chest. Material seemed ok but can't comment on support or comfort as I couldn't fit into it . I seriously doubt that even sizing up to a large would have helped as it was so small.
