Used bag received

The bag I got in black has been clearly used mutiple times.Has loads of scraches and dirty underneath.This is my first purchase with Gymshark& defo did not go well.I will return the item.Won't buy again from them, their sales are just recycling damaged goods.Not fair at all!!I should have read other reviews as saw someonelse had similar issues.

Horrible quality

So disappointed with this purchase not only are the straps horrible but my bag came all scratched up from the matte material! This was my first experience with this brand and will not be repurchasing
