Size up?

Ok. Just like regular joggers. The fitting is a more like a man’s fit, tight on the hips baggy on the bottom. Was hoping there’d be more room around the hips / thighs. Should have sized up maybe. But being listed as over sized I thought I’d be safe with a small.
