Worse Customer Service and Order Cancellation
My recent online purchase with Gymshark was extremely disappointing. They don't allow you adjust the items if you accidentally pick the wrong size or wrong item. They require you to cancel order within 15mins. I clicked cancel order, and made a new one. Aha,,,, although I pressed 'cancel order,' the transaction still went through and I was charged....
