Not as tight resistance as I would have liked
The resistance on this band wasn't as tight as I imagined, was hoping the band would be smaller in diameter to have more resistance. More suited to a bigger sized person who isn't wanting too much of a challenge in resistance when doing glute exercises. Glad I didn't pay full price.

it seems to be more stretchy in the picture, but this is my first resistance band so I don't know much about them lol. Came in a bag which is super convenient. good quality!
